When testing a ClickFunnels funnel/page that is integrated to your LeadOwl account, you must use a unique email address. This means you can only use an email address one time

If you reuse an email address that you've already tested with, you will NOT receive a second lead or push notification to your LeadOwl account. 

Again, the email address you use to test must be unique and not used for testing multiple times.
