Snooze allows you the ability to set your work schedule so we don’t bother you when you are unavailable. LeadOwl will snooze your push notifications and reminders when you are not at work or when you are asleep. 😴

Setting Up Snooze & Your Work Schedule

Log in to your LeadOwl account. Place your cursor over your name in the upper-righthand corner to reveal the Account Settings dropdown and click on Account.

The Snooze settings page will appear.  Once there, you will see the days of the week and an option to indicate when you will be at work and available for each day.

Don't worry, LeadOwl will always send leads to your account in real-time, but won't send you notifications or reminders until you're done snoozing. 💤

You can adjust your schedule for each day by changing the setting from "Available From" to "Always Available" or "Unavailable - Snooze."

If you work on Monday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, you would adjust the Time In to 9:00 AM and the Time Out to 1:00 PM.  That would mean that you would not receive any push notifications or reminders earlier than 9:00 AM or later than 1:00 PM.  If you prefer not to be working on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, you would set "Unavailable - Snooze" on those days.

When you click on Monday 9:00 AM, a pop-up appears that will allow you to change the time for Time In.  Make adjustments by scrolling up or down, being aware that the time will be displayed as either AM or PM (click the blue AM/PM button to toggle between the two).

Tip:  You can set the time for each day by using copy and paste instead of setting each day individually using the pop-up tool.  That will save you a little time.

Applying The Snooze

You can make changes to your schedule as often as you like.  Using the dropdown, change "Available From:" to another choice if you will not be available for an entire day.

Once you have adjusted your schedule, be sure to click on Save Snooze at the bottom right of your screen.

A pop-up will appear confirming the changes have been saved successfully.

You're all set to go with your new Snooze schedule!
