LeadOwl will send an email to the Agency or Solo accountholder reporting when an error is detected with a Facebook Lead Ad integration to LeadOwl. 

You'll receive the email, and the Integration with the error will look like this. 

What Does This Mean?
Facebook generates an error any time it detects something wrong on an Integration. This could be a problem with the Facebook account, a change in the Facebook password from the Page Owner, or a change with the Facebook account setting.  Often this error happens because of a problem with the Facebook account, a change in the Facebook password from the Page Owner, or a change with the Facebook account setting.

What Should I Do?

  1.  First, determine what triggered this error from Facebook, and how to fix the Facebook account setting or permission. You can contact Facebook Support by going to https://www.facebook.com/facebookadsupport/

  2. Log in to your LeadOwl account and go to your Edit Integrations page. Review your Integrations for the one with the error, and reintegrate.
