Due to the difference in feature sets, as well as the connection between 'client' accounts and LeadOwl Agency accounts, it is not possible to directly downgrade an existing LeadOwl Agency subscription to the Solo subscription.  However, our support team is more than happy to assist you with that transition if you wish to downgrade from the Agency plan to the Solo plan!

Please contact LeadOwl support by sending an email to [email protected] or by chatting with us through the dashboard in your current LeadOwl account if you would like to switch from an Agency plan to the Solo plan.  Simply let our support team know that you wish to downgrade, and they will make the necessary adjustments so you can register a new LeadOwl account with the Solo plan.
