How to complete conversations webchat widget setup

To set up LeadOwl conversations website chat widget, you can follow these step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Complete your company information.


Inside the LeadOwl dashboard, navigate to Settings > Conversations and click the Chat Widget button under "Communication Channels" menu.



Click on the "Complete information" right the step called "Fill in your company information" and fill in the form with your company information.



Setup your chat widget button style, click on the "Complete information" right the step called "Setup your Website Chat Widget Button".



Integrate the chat widget into your website. Copy the website embedded script tag and include it in your site. Make sure to place the script tag in a section that appears on all pages of your website, such as the footer or navbar.




That's it! Your Chat Widget conversation channel should now be set up and ready to capture and send data to your LeadOwl dashboard. Test the integration thoroughly to ensure the data is being transmitted correctly.
