How to setup conversations messenger channel

To set up LeadOwl messenger conversations, you can follow these step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Complete your company information.


Inside the LeadOwl dashboard, navigate to Settings > Conversations and click the Messenger button under "Communication Channels" menu.

Click on the "Complete information" right the step called "Fill in your company information" and fill in the form with your company information.

Make a sign-in with Facebook, click on the "Complete information" right the step called "Connect your messenger account" and complete the Facebook login.

That's it! Your Facebook Messenger conversation channel should now be set up and ready to capture and send data to your LeadOwl dashboard. Test the integration thoroughly to ensure the data is being transmitted correctly.
