To set up LeadOwl conversations business number + SMS/Voice Calls, you can follow these step-by-step instructions:
- Inside the LeadOwl dashboard, navigate to Settings > Conversations and click the SMS + VOICE button under "Communication Channels" menu.
- Click on the "Complete information" right the step called "Fill in your company information" and fill in the form with your company information.
- Purchase your phone number, click on the "Complete information" right the step called "Setup your local phone number".
- Purchase your phone number.
That's it! Your business number should now be set up and ready to receive and make SMS/Voice Calls. Test the integration thoroughly to ensure the data is being transmitted correctly.
