How to setup LeadOwl conversations business number + SMS/Voice Calls

To set up LeadOwl conversations business number + SMS/Voice Calls, you can follow these step-by-step instructions:

Inside the LeadOwl dashboard, navigate to Settings > Conversations and click the SMS + VOICE button under "Communication Channels" menu.



Click on the "Complete information" right the step called "Fill in your company information" and fill in the form with your company information.



Purchase your phone number, click on the "Complete information" right the step called "Setup your local phone number".




Purchase your phone number.




That's it! Your business number should now be set up and ready to receive and make SMS/Voice Calls. Test the integration thoroughly to ensure the data is being transmitted correctly.
